Digital work orders are pre-filled from the crew form. Foremen see their own jobs on an iPad. Customers sign on the iPad or from a phone link. Signed means locked; corrections create a revision.
HubSpot CRM, Microsoft 365 mail and Teams, and payroll CSV import and export are live. Other CRMs and payroll systems are mapped during onboarding for founding customers.
Microsoft 365 is required for sign-in.
